Operational readiness is a term used by the military in describing the process of preparing personnel by way of training and assessment to properly function on operations and deployment. The aim of the seminar is for the practitioner to develop and upskill in the changing regulatory and working environment and to equip them and their practice with the information they need to be ready to meet the challenges that 2024 will bring.This seminar is aimed at firm owners.
