The 2020 CPD cycle instituted under the CPD Regulation (Solicitors (Continuing Professional Development) Regulations, 2017) S.I. 529 of 2017 came into effect on the 1st January 2020 and continues to run for the calendar year 2022.

Every very solicitor who is a sole practitioner or a compliance partner and/or an anti-money laundering compliance partner now has a CPD requirement which includes a minimum of 3 hours regulatory matters at least 2 hours of which shall be accounting and anti-money laundering compliance matters.

To meet these requirements this seminar (with two to follow in the current year) will focus on the following key areas:

  • Advices on Anti Money Laundering Regulations
