Stepping down from Practice

Introduction to Legal Partnerships

Launch of the DSBA Precedent Overhead Sharing Agreement

This seminar is aimed primarily at self-employed solicitors who are either sole practitioners, sole principals or partners in smaller firms. The purpose of this seminar is to get self-employed solicitors to plan from the early stages of their practices their life after practice. With this seminar we hope to get solicitors thinking about how to exit practice on their own terms. The seminar is open to all solicitors and will be of particular interest to solicitors who are coming close to retirement age.
