This in-person seminar is essential professional development for employment law practitioners, in house counsel and also the general practice solicitor as it aims to provide critical updates on three significant regulatory areas currently impacting the Irish legal landscape; GDPR, Protected Disclosures and the transposition of the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
Experts will explore the complexities of GDPR compliance, specifically focusing on the management of data subject access requests, the session will also analyse recent judicial trends concerning protected disclosures and address the integration of the EU Pay Transparency Directive into local practice, with an opportunity for Q&A.
