David Staunton BL Updates on Road Traffic Law with particular emphasis on the prosecution of road traffic offences on indictment – a step-by-step guide to trial preparation.

David Perry BL will present the recent decisions of the superior courts, with particular reference to decisions that will assist criminal law practitioners in practice.

David Staunton BL

David Staunton is a barrister, author and member of the Law Library since 2005. David has a general practice and mainly concentrates in the areas of judicial review, administrative and criminal law with a particular interest in road traffic offences.

David Perry BL

David Perry is a barrister specialising in criminal law, extradition, judicial review and human rights. He has been in practice since 2012. He teaches criminal procedure and ethics in the Honorable Society of King’s Inns and is a former lecturer in human rights law and prison law.
