This webinar deals with all aspects of the Coroner’s Court so practitioners will be fully equipped to advise and represent clients in connection with an Inquest. The functions, powers and resources of the Health and Safety Authority will be explored so that clients can avoid the serious consequences of not being familiar with this complex and evolving area.
It is also intended to cover the workings of the WRC which deals with employment issues and much more besides.
