MARK FELTON

Mark is a partner in Felton McKnight Solicitors in Greystones. He is a member of the DSBA Mental Health and Capacity Committee, the Law Society Mental Health and Capacity Task Force and Mental Health Commission Legal Representatives panel.

NIALL FARRELL

Niall qualified in 1988. He has practiced extensively over the last ten years in mental health and Wardship matters in addition to Probate and Probate disputes. He was chairman of the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal for seven years and is a member of the Legal Services Disciplinary Tribunal. He chairs Mental Health Tribunals, chaired Garda Disciplinary Tribunals for many years and was an RTB adjudicator. He is a former member of the Council of the Law Society, former chairman of various Law Society committees and currently is a member of the Law Society Capacity Task Force.

Aileen Curry

Aileen is a partner in Curry Hickey Solicitors and was previously employed as a Senior Solicitor in the General Solicitors for Minors and Wards of Court. Aileen has a special interest in the law relating to vulnerable adults and minors, the Assisted Decision Making (Capacity) Act, wards of court, deprivation of liberty and mental health law. Aileen has been involved in some of the most significant cases in this rapidly developing area of law. Aileen is Chair of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association Mental Health and Capacity Committee and Probate and Tax Committee.  Aileen is also a committee member of the Solicitors for the Elderly.
