SPEAKERS
Graham Kenny is the principal of Graham Kenny Solicitors and a member of the Law Society Council. He regularly appears in the Superior Courts and has particular expertise in restructuring and insolvency, having acted in many of the seminal cases in this area over the past twenty years.
Cormac Mohan is Managing Director of Fitzwilliam Corporate and heads the firm’s Insolvency and Corporate Recovery team. He holds qualifications in Corporate Restructuring, Commercial Mediation and Forensic Accounting, and serves on several Irish company boards in advisory and risk management capacities.
