Trea McGuinness is a Senior Associate Solicitor and Trust and Estate Practitioner in the Private Client Department at BHSM LLP. She specialises in Wills, Probate, Succession and Tax Planning, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Decision Support Arrangements. She also specialises in Residential Conveyancing. She is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a former member of the STEP Ireland committee. She is a member and former Chair of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association Probate and Taxation Committee.

Antoinette Moriarty has over 20 years’ experience consulting with professional services. Her unique model draws on her training as a Group Psychoanalyst (School of Medicine UCD/St. Vincent’s Univ. Hospital, Dublin) and as a Psychotherapist (Metanoia Institute, London). Alongside a small clinical practice, Antoinette applies the latest neuroscience as well as the rigours of her psychoanalytic training to the legal workplace – developing high-impact leaders, professionals, teams and organisations.
Antoinette is head of Law Society of Ireland Psychological Services where she has led a move to positively address solicitors’ well-being, while supporting legal workplaces to be psychologically safe, inclusive, and high-functioning. This approach, unique to the Irish legal profession, is gaining trust and confidence within the international legal community.
Antoinette is an appointed member of the International Bar Association’s Professional Wellbeing Commission and is an experienced online and in-person speaker and facilitator.

Anne Marie Maher is a Junior Counsel with a specialist practice in Chancery Probate, Succession Law and Trust Litigation. Anne Marie has extensive litigation experience in these areas, advising and supporting solicitors acting on behalf of executors, beneficiaries and other interested parties. Anne Marie has lectured on the Law Society PPC II course in the area of Wills, Trusts and Probate and on the Law Society/STEP Diploma in Wills, Trust & Estate Planning, and on the Barrister-at-Law course at the Honourable Society of Kings Inns and to numerous other professional bodies. Founding member and current Vice Chair Person of the Probate Bar Association of Ireland and member of the Bar of Ireland since 2006.
