The 2022 CPD cycle instituted under the CPD Regulation (Solicitors (Continuing Professional Development) Regulations, 2017) S.I. 529 of 2017 came into effect on the 1st January 2022 and runs for the calendar year 2022. Every solicitor has a CPD requirement which includes a minimum of 20 hours.
To meet that requirement this seminar will focus on the following key areas.
1. A review of the new DSBA SPECIMEN SEPARATION AGREEMENT 2021
2. Brief discussion about uses of Deed of Separation in light of shortened Divorce wait time and mediation agreements.
3. Questions and answers

Fiona Quigley, BL
Fiona was Called to the Bar in 2012 and practices in family law in the District and Circuit Court. Fiona Specialising in domestic adoption litigation in the High Court and lectures on the Family Law Diploma Course in the Law Society and PPCII course. Fiona also compiles the quarterly case digests for the Irish Journal of Family Law
Cliona Costelloe.
Cliona is solicitor now practicing in Blackrock Co Dublin as a Family Law Specialist. Cliona is the current Chair of the DSBA Family Law Committee and has almost 20 years’ experience in the area of Family law.
