Since the Irish Government published its planned exit strategy from lockdown on 31 August, with a gradual return to the workplace commencing on 20 September 2021, businesses are preparing for a safe re-opening, while seeking to protect employee health and safety.
During this webinar our panel of specialist employment practitioners will discuss the practical and legal challenges likely to arise in returning to the workplace and will provide practical guidance and insight in to commonly asked questions, with a focus on the following: -
